Three teenagers, including a 15-year-old with an outstanding violent felony warrant, face charges after leading police on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle in Westchester. Teen Arrested For Stabbing Death Of Former HS Soccer Star In Westchester
A 17-year-old teen has been arrested and charged with the stabbing death of a popular area soccer star in Northern Westchester. According to the City of Peekskill Police Chief Donald Halmy, the teen, a Peekskill resident, was arraigned on a second-degree murder charge based on his role in the stabbing death of Joaquin Salazar on Saturday, Nov. 28. A Westchester County teenager who is facing an attempted murder charge for his role in a high school stabbing was back in court on Tuesday. Bryan Stamps, 16, was in Westchester County Court on Tuesday for a pretrial conference following his extradition from Alabama last month. Stamps has been charged as a juvenile offender on charges that include second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.
