Double lane closures have been announced on the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound between exit 23 (Mamaroneck Road) and exit 19 (Wilmot Road) beginning on Tuesday, Oct. 8. Cosmo Costa said on Friday. Costa said that the driver was robbed of eight undelivered packages at approximately 5:45 on Thursday, Dec. 13 while the driver was at the Golden Horseshoe Shopping Center on Wilmot Road.
