Wanted Man Busted In Westchester Violating Order Of Protection A wanted man is back in hot water with law enforcement after allegedly violating a court-ordered Violation of Protection in Mount Kisco. Westchester County Police officers responded to a Maple Avenue home at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, where they found Wilmer Castro, 33, at home with a person who has an order of protection against him. Police proceeded to arrest Castro on a criminal contempt charge for violating the court order.
