Mount Vernon Man ID'd As Victim Of Fatal Northern Westchester Crash A 63-year-old Westchester man killed during a single-vehicle crash on Route 116 has been identified.  William S. Jackson of Mount Vernon was killed around 5:25 a.m. Tuesday in the town of Somers after losing control of his vehicle, said Trooper AJ Hicks, spokesman for the New York State Police.
