Mount Vernon Man ID'd As Victim Of Fatal Northern Westchester Crash A 63-year-old Westchester man killed during a single-vehicle crash on Route 116 has been identified.  William S. Jackson of Mount Vernon was killed around 5:25 a.m. Tuesday in the town of Somers after losing control of his vehicle, said Trooper AJ Hicks, spokesman for the New York State Police. An initial investigation suggests Jackson was driving a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee westbound on State Route 116 when he lost control, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway via the north shoulder, struck a concrete wall, and then overturned, Hicks said.  Jackson was extricated from the vehicle by So…
