District Attorney Miriam E. Man On Parole Admits To New Rochelle, Mount Vernon Home Burglaries A serial burglar who was already on parole pleaded guilty to a string of residential burglaries in Westchester. New Rochelle resident Trey McDowell, 31, pleaded guilty as a persistent violent felony offender to two counts of attempted burglary, violent felonies. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., said that the investigation into McDowell began following a series of home burglaries last year.
