Man Nabbed For Swindling $167K From Westchester Couple, Police Say A 48-year-old man has been charged with stealing $167,000 from a  Westchester couple over the course of several years, police said. Detectives from the Rye Brook Police Department charged Eric S. Jackier of Barker Avenue in White Plains with grand larceny in the second degree, a C felony on Thursday, Feb. 1.
