The incident, on the southbound side, occurred just before 6 p.m. at North Street/Route 127 (Exit 25) in Harrison with traffic backed up to I-287.

The incident occurred at Route 35 (Exit 6) in Katonah with stop-and-go delays to Route 172 (Exit 4) in Bedford. Delays of around an hour occurred while the two lanes were blocked.
