Officers Save Life Of Man Found Foaming At Mouth At Westchester Business Thanks to quick action from officers, the life of a man who was found foaming at the mouth at a Northern Westchester business was saved.  The harrowing incident began during the week of Monday, Jan. 22 at a business in Mount Kisco on Hubbels Drive, when officers found a 58-year-old man in cardiac arrest lying on the ground and foaming at the mouth, the Westchester County Police Department announced on Tuesday, Jan. 30.  Although a civilian at the business had already performed some chest compressions, police found that the man was unresponsive with no pulse, and Officers …
