Suspect Caught In Killing That Led To Westchester Manhunt, Lockouts A suspect in the fatal shooting of a woman at a Tarrytown housing complex was captured Tuesday night in Manhattan by Port Authority police as he tried to board a bus for Delaware, authorities said. Cynelle Brown, 28, was spotted by PAPD Sgt. Kevin Cottrell and Officers Brandon Kubic and James Herkenham, in plainclothes, on the lower level of the terminal's north wing at the Greyhound ticketing area, the authority's Joseph Pentangelo said.
