Westchester Man Sentenced For Taking Explicit Photos Of Child
A Northern Westchester man will spend years behind bars after being caught on a nanny cam taking sexually explicit photos of a child and scarring a family, the DA announced. Pleasantville resident John Passaretti was sentenced this week to a term of between two and six years in prison after pleading guilty to a dozen charges tied to a 2019 sexual abuse incident in Port Chester.
