Port Chester Native, New York-Presbyterian Hospital HR Professional Julie Pennucci Haney Dies Julie Pennucci Haney died earlier this month after losing her long and courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was 63. She was born in 1955 in Port Chester to Connie and Danny Pennucci, who both predeceased her.  Julie graduated from Syracuse University and enjoyed a successful career as a human resources professional in the publishing, foodservice distribution and healthcare industries.
