Ankit Bhutani, 27, was behind the wheel of a 1989 BMW 325i and heading south on Danbury Road near Ridgefield Road around 12:02 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14, when he was stopped by a Wilton police officer unit for traveling 70 mph in a 35 mph zone and unsafe passing, the department said. Westchester Man Resists Arrest After Traffic Stop, Police Say A man whose license was suspended is accused of resisting arrest after a traffic stop in Fairfield County, according to police. An officer on patrol saw a vehicle that wasn't displaying a valid registration plate traveling in New Canaan on New Norwalk Road at about 4:10 p.m. on Friday, April 8, according to authorities.
