23-Year-Old Hudson Valley Man Faces Child Porn Charge
A Hudson Valley man has been charged with possession of child pornography after state police received a tip. Dutchess County resident Michael C. Peratikos, age 23, of Wappinger, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 18, said Trooper AJ Hicks, of the New York State Police. After receiving a law enforcement tip, investigators determined Peratikos possessed child pornography, Hicks said. He was charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child and released on an appearance ticket. Peratikos is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, Nov. 3 in Wappinger.

A Westchester County man is facing charges after allegedly attempting to arrange to have sex with a child online through an undercover investigator. Pelham resident Danny Manich, 60, was arraigned on Friday on two charges involving the obscene sexual performance of a child after an undercover officer with the Westchester County District Attorney’s office busted him online. A registered Level 3 sex offender convicted of possessing child pornography and posing online as an underage female, is facing new charges after being busted with more obscene materials involving minors and failing to register email addresses. Yonkers resident Jorge Delmoral, 32, is facing a series of new charges after he allegedly failed to register a pair of email addresses with the State of New York, which is required by the Sex Offender Registry Act following his previous conviction in 2014, which led to an investigation.
