Altercation Outside Scarsdale Bagels Leads To Broken Phone, Police Say WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - A man from Eastchester was involved in a physical altercation in Scarsdale that led to an alleged assault and broken cell phone screen, according to a police report released Monday. The Scarsdale Police Department received a call shortly before 1 p.m. on Saturday afternoon following reports of an assault that had just taken place outside of Scarsdale Bagels on Garth Road.
