The local residents charged were:  Westchester County On Friday, Oct. 26, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Walter L. Traub, 41, of Bedford, for DWI. Crash Involving Overturned Tractor-Trailer, Car Causes I-84 Closure Click here for an updated story: One Killed In Crash That Will Keep I-84 Closed Through Early Afternoon An early morning crash involving an overturned tractor-trailer and a car has shut down a stretch of I-84 on Monday. The closure is eastbound in Putnam County near Exit 17 (Ludingtonville Road/Route 43) and is expected to last through the morning commute. As a detour, motorists should take Exit 17 to Route 52 to Route 311 then get back on eastbound I-84, state police said. There has been at least one potentially life-threatening injury. Support Pours In For Family Of Mother, Son Killed In Hudson Valley Accident The grieving family of a mother and an infant who were killed and her three other children injured after being hit as they crossed Route 52 in Fishkill are asking for help with funeral expenses through a GoFundMe page. The family has set a goal of $2,500 for funeral expenses. By Wednesday morning, nearly twice that amount has been raised.
