Drunk Driver Nabbed After Swerving Into Oncoming Lane In Westchester: Police A 57-year-old Connecticut man faces drunk driving charges after swerving into the oncoming lane on a busy road in Northern Westchester, police announced. Fairfield County resident Dwan Christopher Alexander was arrested on Saturday, March 30 after he was caught driving while intoxicated on Route 118 in Yorktown, Yorktown Police announced on Wednesday, April 3.  According to the department, just before 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, officers responded to the area of Route 35 for a reported drunk driver seen swerving in the roadway and entering the opposing lane of traffic several times.  …
