Mount Vernon Man Faces Murder Charge For Love Triangle Shooting, DA Says
A love triangle led to murder charges for a Mount Vernon man who allegedly shot and killed his victim over a relationship with the same woman. Mount Vernon resident Robert Campbell has been arraigned on an indictment charging him with the murder of Diesel Mercedes in July last year. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. noted that the incident came about due to their relationship with the same woman.
