2-Car Crash Causes Fluid Spill On Busy Hudson Valley Road
A two-car crash in the Hudson Valley caused a temporary closure on a busy road to allow crews to clean a fluid spill. The crash happened in Putnam County on Friday, Feb. 23 just before 8 p.m., when two cars collided on Croton Falls Road in Carmel, according to the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department. Luckily, no injuries resulted from the collision, fire officials said. The crash caused the road to close for around 30 minutes to allow crews to clean up vehicle fluids and remove the cars.

Bridge Replacement To Cause Over Month-Long Road Closure In Mount Vernon: Here's Where
A bridge replacement project is causing a road closure at a busy intersection in Westchester that will last over a month. A woman was killed in a head-on collision in the Hudson Valley that also left two young children injured as well, police announced. The crash happened in Putnam County on Thursday, Jan. 25 around 6 p.m., when two vehicles collided in the town of Southeast in the area of 477 Tonetta Lake Rd.
