Vomit-Covered Man Asleep Behind Wheel In Westchester Busted For DWI, Police Say A vomit-covered man from Long Island asleep behind the wheel of a parked car on a busy Westchester street was allegedly driving while impaired, police said. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department was on patrol shortly after 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 9, when he spotted a 2019 Honda Accord parked in the right southbound lane of Post Road with the engine running and key fob inside the vehicle.
