Police in Westchester are warning residents to be wary of two scam artists who have been attempting to enter residences by claiming that their lost phone is inside. Authorities in the Hudson Valley are warning residents to be aware of phone scammers who have been posing as highway department officials and asking for money or gift cards. A Westchester County police department is warning people to be aware of phone scammers who have been impersonating officers to solicit money.
