Man Charged With Making Child Sex Tapes In Hudson Valley, Police Say A 23-year-old man has been charged with allegedly meeting a minor in the Hudson Valley for sex and for having sexually-explicit tapes of minors. Richard Rosa, was arrested in Orange County on Tuesday, April 25 in Wallkill following an investigation that found he met an underage female with the intent to engage in sexual relations, said Lt. Robert McLymore, of the Wallkill Police. 21-Year-Old Caught Printing Pistols In Hudson Valley, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been accused of allegedly printing ghost guns using a 3-D printer after being charged with possession of a loaded firearm.  Orange County resident Noah James McCagg, age 21, of Port Jervis, was arrested on Saturday, March 25, following a foot chase by police on Front Street by Port Jervis Police. When arrested, McCagg was in possession of a loaded 9mm pistol, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.  An investigation revealed that McCagg had created the pistol inside his Prospect Street residence using a 3-D printer, Worden said. 34-Year-Old Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Child A Hudson Valley man is accused of sexually abusing an underage teen. Following an investigation, New York State Police and the Orange County Child Protective Services determined that Cecilio Navarro, age 34, of Middletown, had engaged in sexual contact with a child under the age of 15. Navarro was arrested Tuesday, June 14, on two counts of rape and predatory sexual assault against a child, all felonies. He was also charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. Navarro was arraigned in the City of Newburgh Court and ordered held at the Orange County Jail
