Know Him? Suspect At Large After Bank Robbery In Area The search is on for a bank robber who hit a bank in Fairfield County. At around 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 11, the man walked into the M&T Bank on East Putnam Avenue in Cos Cob and demanded cash, Greenwich Police said. He was given an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the scene. The suspect is described as a man standing 5-feet-10-inches tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds. Surveillance footage showed him wearing a dark hoodie, sunglasses, and a face mask. He also had on dark pants, possibly with paint on them. Warning Issued After Card Skimmer Found At Bank In Hudson Valley Police have issued a warning after a card skimmer was found at a Rockland County bank. The Ramapo Police Department said they are investigating several incidents of skimmer devices installed on ATMs at local banks. The department is warning customers at banks and other ATMs to check for any suspicious equipment when using the machine. "Notify the bank or your local police department if you observe any suspicious equipment or activity at an ATM," the department said.
