Man Shouting At Westchester Metro-North Platform Taken For Evaluation A man had to be detained by police after allegedly shouting obscenities at people at a Metro-North station in Westchester. Officers from the Westchester County Police Department were dispatched to the Mount Kisco Metro-North station at approximately 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, where there were reports of a man “screaming obscenities at a passerby.” According to police, as officers arrived, the man boarded a train that left the station.
