The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said the incident happened June 17 on Route 9D in the village of Cold Spring. According to investigators, an 18-year-old Cold Spring woman was driving south on Route 9D near the Breakneck Tunnel when she passed a vehicle in front of her. Westchester Man Harassed Officer 32 Times, Police Say A 51-year-old Peekskill man was arrested and charged after police say he left 32 harassing messages for a police officer. Peter Bub was charged with 32 counts of aggravated harassment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Police say the harassment occurred between June 14, 2017, and Nov. 29, 2017. Bub was located and arrested and was released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on Jan. 13.
