Registered 'Sexually Violent' Offender Reports Move In Mount Vernon
A registered "sexually violent" and "predicate" sex offender convicted of sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl has reported an address change in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 52-year-old Manuel Arroyo, who has moved to a residence on South Fulton Street in Mount Vernon.
