Woman, 23, Charged With DWI After Crash In Westchester A Mount Kisco woman faces DWI charges after allegedly slamming her vehicle into a tree while driving drunk. Madelin I. Bu Munoz, 23, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 20 around 10:20 p.m. after Yorktown Police received a call from a resident of Hanover Street reporting a vehicle crash, said the Yorktown Police.
