Woman, 36, Charged With Allowing Dog To Run Loose In Westchester A 36-year-old woman surrendered herself to police in Westchester after her dog allegedly went rogue and was caught “running at large” in Yorktown. Investigators at the Yorktown Police Department received a call shortly after 2:45 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15, from a Stony Street resident reporting that a dog was running loose in the area near Stony Manor Court. Police said that a Community Service Worker was dispatched to the area, where it was determined that a Lhasa Also dog owned by Yorktown resident Lisa Garofalo was running at large in the neighborhood.
