Hudson Valley Resident Mowing Lawn Struck, Killed By Car Driven By Impaired Man, Police Say A 53-year-old Hudson Valley man mowing his lawn was killed after being struck by a car being driven by an impaired driver, police said. It happened in Rockland County on Wednesday, July 15 at about 5:45 p.m. in Orangeburg. A 2010 Toyota Corolla, operated by Jared S. Westchester Man Caught Driving Stolen Vehicle In Rockland, Police Say A 42-year-old Westchester was caught driving a stolen vehicle in Rockland County, Orangetown Police said.
