Ousted Police Commissioner In Mount Vernon Still Has City SUV, Badge Former Mount Vernon Deputy Police Commissioner Joseph Spiezio, who was unceremoniously ousted from his position last month, reportedly is still in possession of his police shield and a city-owned SUV. Spiezio was stopped on Webster Avenue in New Rochelle at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 3, police said.
