Westchester Man Found Asleep In Running Car In Greenwich Charged With DWI A report of a possible drunk driver led to the arrest of a man who police found asleep in his running vehicle.  Laudilei Elias, 44, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on Sunday after Greenwich Police received a call about a possible intoxicated driver in the parking lot at 510 East Putnam Ave., said the Greenwich Police. When officers arrived on the scene, they found Elias asleep inside his car which was running with the keys in the ignition, police said.
