Former Assistant Westchester DA Dies After Swim Event: 'Distinguished Public Servant' Westchester is mourning the sudden loss of its former assistant district attorney who is being remembered for his generosity and his dedication to serving the public.  Retired Westchester Assistant District Attorney Patrick Moore died at the age of 62 on Saturday, July 29 following a Swim Across America Event at the Larchmont Yacht Club, CBS News reported.  Moore died at an area hospital after suffering a medical event in the water, the outlet said.  As the county mourns Moore's sudden loss, the Westchester District Attorney's Office is remembering him as a "devoted and…
