Duo Nabbed After Investigation At Bank Ends In Crash Between BMW, School Bus In Hudson Valley Two men were apprehended and are facing charges after a grand larceny investigation at a bank in the Hudson Valley ended in a crash. At about 4:25 p.m., Friday, Aug. 12, the Village of Fishkill Police pursued a vehicle northbound on Route 9 in connection to the investigation at Key Bank.  The fleeing vehicle, a 2017 BMW 330i, struck a small school bus on Route 9 in the town of Wappinger and came to rest in a ditch, state police said.   ll occupants of the BMW and the bus were treated at local area hospitals for minor injuries and released, police said. Alexander Miller, of Troy, located in Rensselaer County, was reported missing by his family after failing to return home on Wednesday, July 7. Police: Man Used Fake ID To Try To Cash $8.8K Check At Bank In Westchester A 42-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly attempting to use another person's identity to cash a check for more than $8,000 at a Northern Westchester bank. Christian Maldonado, of Yonkers, was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 4, by Yorktown Police for identity theft, two counts of using a forged instrument, and attempted grand larceny, said the Yorktown Police. According to police, Maldonado allegedly stole the identity of a man by obtaining his personal information and then had a fake driver's license and credit card made and attempted to withdraw $8,8000 from the victim's checking account…

Man Caught Using Fake License To Try To Steal $7K From Northern Westchester Bank, Police Say A man already in custody at the Putnam County Jail is facing new charges after allegedly attempting to steal thousands of dollars from Key Bank in Northern Westchester. A Yorktown Police detective was dispatched to Key Bank in the Jefferson Valley Mall on May 2, to investigate an attempted larceny. Police said that the investigation determined that on April 28, Bronx resident Victor Reveron used a forged license while allegedly attempting to steal $7,000 from the bank.
