Suspect In Multiple Thefts At Westchester Gas Stations Caught In Foot Chase A suspect implicated in the theft of cigarettes from area gas stations injured an attendant and Good Samaritan who chased him down following an alleged robbery over the weekend until police could intervene in Northern Westchester. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to the Shell station on Commerce Street at approximately 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22, where there was a report of a robbery. Annual Auto Show Coming Soon To Yorktown In the market for a new car? Or, just interested in checking out some vintage or classic cars?  Yorktown's 7th Annual Auto Show promises to have it all -- including raffles for kids' cars.  This year's show is on Saturday, June 9 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The rain date is Sunday, June 10.
