Man Violates Protection Order Multiple Times In Westchester, Police Say A 22-year-old is facing a pair of misdemeanor charges after allegedly rummaging through the home of someone with a court-issued Temporary Order of Protection from him. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to a local residence, where there was a report of a potential violation of a Temporary Order of Protection. According to police, investigators determined that on May 22 and May 23, Peekskill resident Juan Pablo Nauta went through the home of his victim multiple times, violating the Order of Protection.
