Man Sentenced For Involvement In Drug Trafficking Ring In New Rochelle A Fairfield County man will spend years in prison after being sentenced for his role in a family-run drug trafficking ring that operated in Westchester and Connecticut. Juan Carlos Figueroa, 40, of Norwalk, was sentenced in Bridgeport district court to 35 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for trafficking cocaine and methamphetamine.
