'Sexually Violent' Offender Convicted Of Abusing 10-Year-Old Reports Move To Mount Vernon
A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of kidnapping and sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl has reported a move in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 37-year-old Jamall Cherry, who reported a move to Martens Place in Mount Vernon.
