Police Save Woman, Children From Shotgun-Wielding Man In Westchester A woman and three children were rescued by police from a shotgun-wielding man they were trapped inside a home in Westchester. The incident took place around 5 p.m. Wednesday when Port Chester police received a 911 all from the woman who said there was a suicidal man in the residence on Willett Avenue who was armed with a shotgun and had fired shots, said Port Chester Police Chief Richard Conway.
