Man Hospitalized After Bike Hits Car Driving Through Intersection In Westchester A 65-year-old man was taken to a hospital after a two-vehicle collision at a Westchester intersection.  The crash happened in Yonkers on Thursday, Nov. 7 just before 5:30 p.m., when a car traveling through the intersection of Wakefield and Woodlawn Avenues on a green light was struck by a bicycle, according to Yonkers Police Sergeant Robert Spink.  Spink said the bicyclist reported pain in his leg and hand and was taken to a nearby hospital.  The vehicle involved in the crash remained at the scene.

He was transported to a local hospital for treatment on injuries that were not clear as of Monday morning.
