Duo Seen Breaking Into Car Caught After Leaving Behind Stolen Vehicle In Westchester: Police Two men were caught by authorities after they were spotted breaking into a car in Westchester and then leaving behind another stolen vehicle while trying to escape, police said.  The incident happened on Wednesday, March 22 around 3:30 a.m., when officers responded to Holmes Avenue in Hartsdale after receiving a report of two men breaking into a resident's vehicle, Greenburgh Police Lieutenant Dennis Basulto said on Monday, May 22. Westchester Man Nabbed With Stolen Items After Seen Looking Into Vehicle Windows, Police Say A Westchester County man was arrested for allegedly breaking into several vehicles in the area and stealing items. Kevin Fondjo Kenmeugne, 23, of New Rochelle, was arrested by Greenburgh Police around 4 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 19 after police were alerted to a man looking into the windows of cars in driveways in the Poet's Corner area in Hartsdale. According to Greenburgh Police Capt.
