A 42-year-old Hudson Valley woman faces animal cruelty charges following the discovery of a severely emaciated dog, authorities announced. Cats Shot, Killed With Arrow In Hudson Valley: Authorities Seeking Information
Authorities in the Hudson Valley are still searching for the suspects in two separate incidents involving cats being shot with a gun and arrow, leaving one of them dead. Both cases happened in Putnam County in 2019 and 2021 and are still unsolved, prompting the county's Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to make social media posts on Thursday, Oct. 12 asking the public for any information they may have that could lead to arrests.
