Man Caught With Ghost Gun Kits, Magazines In Westchester Gets Prison Time A 36-year-old Connecticut man who was caught with illegal weapon kits in Westchester County will spend several years in prison for trafficking a large number of ghost guns from his New Haven County home.  Ansonia resident Melvin Burroughs, age 36, was sentenced to 58 months in prison on Thursday, July 27 for trafficking firearms, the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York announced. Teen Duo Charged After Violent, Public Shootout In Westchester County, Police Say Two teens are facing multiple charges after they exchanged gunfire on a public street in Westchester County, police said.  The shootout happened on Wednesday, Dec. 28 around 8:30 p.m., when police in Yonkers responded to Garfield Street where they found one of the teens with a gunshot wound to his leg. Wanted Man Arrested With Illegal, Loaded Glock In New Rochelle A wanted man is in police custody after being busted with an illegal, loaded weapon in Westchester, authorities announced. The New Rochelle Police Department received a tip at approximately 7:47 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 25 that a man with an active arrest warrant in Yonkers had gotten into a vehicle at the intersection of North Avenue and Lockwood Avenue.
