Garbage Pickup Resumes In Mount Vernon After DPW Trucks Grounded Internal strife continues at Mount Vernon City Hall as garbage and recycling pickup resumes a day after officials were forced to cancel it due to nearly a dozen DPW trucks that failed safety inspections.
