Man Nabbed For Stealing From Macy's In Westchester: Police A 48-year-old man faces felony charges after allegedly being part of a group that used physical force to steal from a Macy's department store in Northern Westchester, police said.  The arrest resulted from an incident on Sunday, Aug. 20 just after 2 p.m., when Yorktown Police were sent to the Macy's location at the Jefferson Valley Mall for a reported larceny involving four men who had run from the scene, according to the department. 17-Year-Old Steals Wallet From Gym Locker In Westchester: Police A 17-year-old has found themselves facing larceny charges after allegedly stealing a wallet from a locker at a Northern Westchester gym.  The arrest stemmed from a complaint that Yorktown Police received on Thursday, June 1, in which a victim told the department that someone had stolen his wallet from his locker at 24 Hour Fitness on Tuesday, May 30.  The victim also told police that the wallet had contained four credit cards, which were used to make purchases the next day on Wednesday, May 31, according to Yorktown Police.  Authorities then began an investigation that event…

Man, Woman Accused Of Stealing $1.8K In Items From Store In Westchester A man and a woman have been arrested for allegedly stealing more than $1,800 in merchandise from an area Lowe's store. Peter Vetere, 47, of Brewster, and Carrie Walencik, of Danbury, Connecticut, were arrested by Yorktown Police on Friday, April 10, after receiving a theft complaint from the Lowe's in Yorktown, said Yorktown Police.
