In Dutchess County, police in the Town of Poughkeepsie were called to the Manchester Gardens Apartments on Rhobella Drive at around 7 p.m. Friday, July 15, with reports of an armed robbery. The victim told police a man had brandished a handgun and demanded property. Two Arrested, Handgun Recovered After Foot Pursuit On Hutch In Pelham Westchester County Police, assisted by Pelham Manor Police, arrested two men Tuesday who fled from a traffic stop on the Hutchinson River Parkway and attempted to elude officers in their car and then on foot. The two men were captured by county and village officers following a foot pursuit through streets and backyards in Pelham Manor.
