Man Stopped In Westchester Charged With DWI For Third Time
An area man is facing a felony charge after being charged with driving while intoxicated for the third time. New York State Police troopers conducted a traffic stop shortly before 8 p.m. on Monday, when they spotted East Fishkill resident Eric Johnson committing a violation while driving his 2017 Chevrolet Silverado on the Taconic State Parkway in Mount Pleasant. During the stop, it was determined that the 52-year-old Johnson was under the influence of alcohol, and that his license had been revoked due to prior DWI charges.
