Swerving, Speeding Motorist From New Rochelle Busted For DWI, Police Say A Westchester County motorist was busted with a blood alcohol content nearly double the legal limit after being spotting speeding and repeatedly swerving over pavement markings in Scarsdale during an early morning drive. An officer conducting traffic enforcement at approximately 4 a.m. on Friday morning on Weaver Street stopped New Rochelle resident Emannuel Gonzalez, 25, after he was caught speeding and swerving.
