BMW Driver Leads Officers On 2-Hour Chase Throughout Westchester: Police A 28-year-old man's decision to not pull over led to a more than two-hour chase throughout Westchester that finally ended with him in custody, police said.  The incident began on Tuesday, May 23 just before 2 p.m. when Westchester County Police received a report that a BMW wanted by the New York City Police Department for fleeing officers was traveling on Westchester Avenue in Harrison.  According to Westchester County PD, an officer found the BMW on the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway and tried to pull it over.  However, the driver pulled onto the shoulder, threw the ca…
