Larchmont Man Charged With Child Porn Possession A Westchester man has been charged with possessing and promoting child pornography. Trevor McKay of Larchmont was arrested Thursday, Dec. 19 by the District Attorney’s Office Criminal Investigators and arraigned in New Rochelle City Court. He was charged with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, a Class D felony, and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, a Class E felony, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A.
