Suffolk County Police were notified by the Coast Guard at approximately 4:30 p.m. Sunday, May 19 of an inflatable raft with three male occupants that were unable to make it back to shore.  The three were fishing in the Long Island Sound, near Crane Neck Road in Setauket, when they were pulled approximately two miles offshore, Suffolk County Police said. The barges were beached in various locations between Dobbs Ferry and Yonkers. Another two barges are aground in the area of Palisades Park, New Jersey.
