Pleasantville's Christopher R. Quimby Dies At 24 Christopher Rollhaus Quimby died peacefully on Thursday, April 11 following a brief illness. He was 24. He was born in Mount Kisco on Oct. 7, 1994 to Gordon R. and Leslie M. Quimby. He was a medically fragile special needs young man with a heart of love who touched the lives of countless individuals, according to his obituary.  He graduated from Pines Bridge BOCES School in Yorktown in 2016 and attended Ability Beyond NY Day Program at Chappaqua Crossing since his graduation.  He was a member of the Pleasantville Presbyterian Church where he was active part of the church family.…

Opening Date Now Scheduled For New Westchester Whole Foods Store Whole Foods has set a target date of Wednesday, Nov. 7 for its grand opening at Chappaqua Crossing, according to New Castle Supervisor Robert Greenstein.
